Let it be known that I, the elven bladesinger Jhanandra Rhaevaern, is looking to purchase some rare elven mithral armour.
More specificly, a suit of mithral full plate as well as a mithral heavy shield.
I know that these pieces of armour are rare, but I assure you that I have enough gold to make a handsome bargain.

The full plate mail has been obtained. But know that I will still pay very good money for a mithral heavy shield.

I would think you would prefer an Adamantine shield for it's damage reduction...
If you wanted it because of it's reduced weight, wouldn't Duskwood be a better choice? (If that even drops)

Perhaps she seeks one because it would interfere with spell casting less? *smiles*

I have a light shield that gives -5% to spell chance failure.

It's because of the minus arcane spell failure, yes. But apparently mithral shields are not obtainable, it seems. A light shield is too light for me, would rather just stick to the battleaxe, but if anyone finds a heavy shield without arcane spell failure, you know where to sell it.
