Do you mean "The Blade & Stars" just to the northwest on the map? Because they've never been in there when I've checked.

They had Ultimate Mass Reuction and Greatest Invisibility cast on them. Cast a few Mordenkainen's and all will be revealed.

I agree that this quest is missing half the crew, and cannot be completed.

ok, i just looked again and yea they are gone  but i have done that one before and that is the inn that they use to be in, the first room on the left on the third floor i believe it was

I can also vouch for that the quest is broken.
Tried it out this morning and the half the crew seams to be Shanghied...

Me too, half the crew is missing, or, at least, no longer where they used to be.
Also, i cant seem to find the little thief boy for the lady's loss quest. he is also missing, or no longer where he used to be. Ive pretty much searched all of BG city areas.
Maybe the pirate crew kidnapped the boy and radger the badger and then got booted off the server for having their weapons out in the city.
