Hey all! Still new to the game, (but i'm getting there) but I just don't really know where else to look for help. I keep trying to go the bandit cave in the "South Along The Trade Way" area, the one just after the farmland outside of baldur's gate, and I keep dying. I'm level 2 (so its kinda obvious as to why...) but I was wondering if anyone wanted to help out, I need to go there for the Merchant League quest, so if anyone else is doing that, feel free to contact me.

sometimes the trade way does get alot of RP activity as well as the baulders gate bridge

you can ask me ingame (loik) and ill answer any questions ect you have, with that said i still consider my self rather 'new'

I am generally willing to help, send me a tell if you see me in-game. (Volomirror Aleksys). Unfortunately, if I'm logged in my other char, I probably won't help you because she's not exactly nice to other people.

I do however expect you to RP it, otherwise I won't help you (lol).

Usually when I make a new toon, which is quite often since I've got race/class ADD, I generally just hunt wolves and bandits in the area until I run into someone doing the same and we end up in a group. In fact I'd say nine times out of ten i end up in a group without going out looking for one.

My advice is just to play and rp with people who happen to be in the area. And you will end up in a group of peers.

And dont be affraid to ask mages for help... Even if they look high lvl. A few buffs can make a huge difference!

For your own safety, stay away from any large orcs wearing black and red, or any minotaurs.

Just stay close to me if you see me on the road, and the minotaur might think twice about trying something.. (most likely not really).

Minotaurs should be KoS everywhere. It's a shame that most people seem to be happy strolling past a Minotaur. That is unless it has some horns that are worth 75gp.

You know, there's actually an ingenious way to incentivize RP in there. Minotaur players should drop horns, orcs should drop orc heads, and drow should drop dro heads, all worth something to the Flaming Fist.

KOS would really be KOS if there was money in it
